職務說明

我們正在招募積極主動的業務代表，負責拓展市場、維繫客戶關係並達成銷售目標。您將開發新客戶、洽談合作並完成簽單，並與內部團隊協作，確保高品質的服務與穩定成長。

 

主要工作內容

 

建立並管理銷售管道，達成月／季目標。
開發新客戶並深耕既有客戶，提升銷售與市占。
進行市場拜訪、產品簡報與促銷活動。
與採購、經銷商、零售通路建立長期合作關係。
與營運、行銷、客戶服務密切協作，確保準時交貨與高滿意度。
追蹤績效並回報市場洞察與建議。

 


任職資格

 

大學（含）以上學歷。
中英文聽說讀寫流利。
良好的溝通表達與談判能力。
主動積極、目標導向，能獨立作業並具團隊合作精神。
具食品產業之客服或相關經驗者尤佳。
可依職務需求配合出差。

Travel: Required (domestic travel to customers/markets)

 

About the Role

We’re seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow accounts, build strong customer relationships, and expand market presence. You’ll prospect, negotiate, and close while partnering with internal teams to deliver excellent service and sustainable growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Develop and manage a sales pipeline; achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Identify, qualify, and close new business; expand existing accounts.
Conduct market visits, product presentations, and promotional events.
Build long-term relationships with buyers, distributors, and retailers.
Coordinate with operations, marketing, and customer service to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Track performance and report insights to management.

 


Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Proficiency in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented; able to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer service experience in the food industry is a plus.
Willing and able to travel as needed.
